Most transfers we handle come from the big chains — CVS, Walgreens, Publix, Winn-Dixie — from families who are tired of long lines and rotating staff, or who just moved to Broward or Osceola County and want a pharmacy that knows their name. The transfer itself is the easy part: we call your old pharmacy the same day, your remaining refills move with the prescription, and once you're with us, delivery is free within 5 miles of the store. If you split the year between Florida and somewhere else, we can also coordinate seasonal transfers both ways.
Transfer questions we hear most
Do I need to call my old pharmacy first?
No — that's our job. Give us the name of your old pharmacy and your medication names (or just a photo of the bottles), and we call them directly. Most transfers are completed the same day.
Can I transfer from CVS, Walgreens, or Publix?
Yes — from any pharmacy, chain or independent, anywhere in the country. Note that controlled medications have stricter transfer rules; talk to us first and we'll tell you exactly what's possible for that prescription.
Will my remaining refills transfer too?
Yes — refills remaining on the prescription move with it. If a prescription has expired or has no refills left, we contact your doctor for a new one; you usually don't have to do anything.
