Frequently asked here

Can I bring my kids for school-required vaccines on a Sunday?

Yes — Sundays 9 AM–2 PM. For pediatric vaccines we recommend calling ahead so we have the right doses ready and can tell you what documents to bring for the school form (DH 680).

Do you handle the Florida school immunization form (DH 680)?

We administer the vaccines and provide complete documentation of what was given. The DH 680 certification itself is issued through your pediatrician or the county health department — we'll give you everything they need to complete it.

Can I get my flu shot and COVID booster at the same visit?

Yes — the CDC confirms it's safe to get them together. We give them in different arms.
